The Tierrasanta Foundation is a 501(c)(3), non-profit public charity, and we are an all-volunteer community organization. We raise funds to improve the public infrastructure to benefit all of Tierrasanta.

Our mission is to promote the general welfare and interests of Tierrasanta through various community events that benefit the well being and quality of life for all Tierrasantans.

  • Tom "TK" Keliinoi

    President

    TK moved to San Diego in 1975 and is passionate about serving his community. He co-founded Elevate Elementary, which is recognized as one of the top academic public schools in California. TK has served multiple terms on the Tierrasanta Community Council as Commercial Director and serves as President of San Terra Properties.

  • Joyce Munios

    Secretary

    Tierrasanta Foundation board member since 2009. Joyce also serves on the Board of the Tierrasanta Village of San Diego and is a long time member of the Tierrasanta Junior Women’s Club where she has held numerous Board positions

  • Kim Klecan

    Vice President

    Owner and operator of the San Terra Properties office, a Tierrasanta real estate and property management company with a storefront in the Tierrasanta Town Center close to Starbucks. Kim serves as lead orgnanizer for the Christmas in Tierrasanta events in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

  • Lisa Leonard

    Lisa has spent the last 25 years in Field Service Management. She is a world-class Triathlete. She has been a TF Directors since 2012 has organized the Tierrasanta 5K events in 2013-14 and 2016-19.

  • Eric Germain

    Founder of the Tierrasanta Foundation. Eric also serves as Commissioner of the Tierrasanta Social Club (football pool), he is a past President of the Tierrasanta Community Council (2004-2008), is Secretary of the Tierrasanta Development Corp., and was the founding Treasurer of the Tierrasanta Village of S.D.

  • Rosa Germain

    Rosa was a former member of the Tierrasanta Junior Womens Club where for several years she organized the TJWC's Home Tour events. Rosa is an active member of Ascension Church and organizer of the twice-a-year Fatima Processions held at Ascension in May and October.

  • Richard Rees

    Former Tierrasanta Foundation board member and long-time member of the Tierrasanta Community Council. Dick was one of the founders of the Concerts in the Park events organized by TCC.
